Fragrance Load refers to the percentage of fragrance oil that is recommended in your candle, soap or body product.  This will also depend on which candle wax or soap base you use so please refer to manufactures instructions for this also.  These are recommended guides and it is always advisable to test your products for your preference of Fragrance Load as well.
